We started with rider interviews and usability feedback, mapped new user journeys, and tested low-fidelity flows. The final UI focused on clarity, minimalism, and safety — everything from battery to ride modes feels light, clean, and frictionless.

Designing for mobility means thinking fast, safe, and intuitive. This project reminded me how crucial simplicity is — especially when your users are literally on the move.
